Command Configuration Support
Please use techsupport@whelen.com for all software configuration questions and troubleshooting, like “how do I get my Legacy® lightbar to flash two different patterns?” or “how can I flash two different colors on a WeCanX® Tracer™?” Information shared to this email address will expedite the troubleshooting process, ensuring you receive solutions to configuration questions as quickly as possible. When you send an email to techsupport@whelen.com a six-digit case number will automatically be assigned to your query, making it easy to track the status of your question through to resolution.
Material Exchange
For new material exchanges, please use MX@whelen.com. Send requests to this email for advance replacement of items that are still under warranty. Please provide the following information when
submitting your material exchange request:
- Account #
- Company Name
- Point of contact
- Phone number
- P.O. #
- Billing address
- Ship to Address
- Model or part number
- Quantity of product
- Manufacture date
- Failure issue of the product
- Any other information that is pertinent to the product
