Whelen Cloud Platform® Version 2.11.0 Release

Whelen Engineering is pleased to announce the release of version 2.11.0 for the Whelen Cloud Platform (WCP®). This update introduces new functionality, system optimizations, and extended vehicle support.
Key Updates in WCP 2.11.0
• WCP Help Ticket Enhancements: The Help Ticket system in the Whelen Cloud Platform has been updated to provide additional support information. Users will now see the assigned Field Solution Engineer displayed directly on the Help Ticket.
• Improved Clarity with Tooltip Explanations: Tooltips have been added to the Authorize button on the Firmware OTA (Over-the-Air) and Configuration OTA pages to explain potential reasons for the button being disabled.
• Updated Traffic Preemption Technology Provider: Global Traffic Technologies (GTT) has been updated to Miovision to reflect Miovision’s acquisition of GTT.
